Warranty
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item was shipped by common carrier, inspect packaging for visible damage before the driver leaves. Make a notation on the Bill of Lading (delivery receipt) of any damaged observed. If your product was damaged in shipment it is important t file a claim with the shipper quickly. Please call us to discuss warranty claim issues at (800) 352-6609.
Heating Units:
Most heaters and cooling units are covered by the manufacture’s one year limited warranty from date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Damage caused by neglect or misuse of the product is not covered under warranty. Product, at the option of the manufacture will either replaced or repaired free of charge if it has been proven to be defective within the 1 year warranty period and is returned at customer expense with proof of purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the use of the heater, including any cost or expense of providing substitute equipment or service during periods of non-use. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES: We make no warranties, which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Specifically, the Warranty of Merchantability and the Warranty of Fitness for a Particular Purpose are excluded.
